1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Poetic Signal Toolkit applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
1. 規約への同意
Poetic Signal Toolkitの各アプリケーションにアクセスまたは使用することにより、利用者は本利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。規約のいずれかの部分に同意できない場合は、本サービスへのアクセスをご遠慮ください。
2. Intellectual Property & License
The applications and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by Poetic Signal. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the applications for creative purposes.
Commercial Use: You are granted full ownership and rights to any media (audio, video, text) generated or exported using our applications. You may use the exported content for commercial projects without attribution.
2. 知的財産権およびライセンス
本アプリケーション、およびそのオリジナルのコンテンツ、機能、デザインはPoetic Signalが所有します。利用者は本ツールを創作目的で使用するための、個人的・非独占的・譲渡不能な限定的ライセンスを付与されます。
商用利用について: 本アプリケーションを使用して生成またはエクスポートされたメディア（音声、映像、テキスト）については、利用者が完全な所有権と権利を保持します。エクスポートされたコンテンツは、クレジット表記なしで商用プロジェクトに使用いただけます。
3. Prohibited Uses
You may not: reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the applications; resell, redistribute, or sub-license the applications themselves; or use the applications for any unlawful purpose.
3. 禁止事項
アプリケーションの逆コンパイルやソースコードの抽出を試みること、アプリケーション自体の転売・再配布、または違法な目的での使用を禁止します。
4. Limitation of Liability
Poetic Signal Toolkit is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Poetic Signal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our applications.
4. 免責事項
Poetic Signal Toolkitは「現状有姿」で提供されます。本アプリケーションの使用、または使用不能によって生じた間接的、偶発的、または派生的な損害について、Poetic Signalは一切の責任を負いません。
